Returns & Refund Policy:

How to return an item:

Please return unused, unworn items in their original packaging, including:  hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments and dust bags.  You must return the item within 14 days of original delivery date.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless an exception has been made by a customer service representative.

 

Exchanges are not accepted at this time- Customer will receive a refund and may place another order for a new item.

 

ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable for any reason.

 

Return Process:

 

1.       Please email us at customerservice@romalilie.com or use the Contact Us page to request a return and we will assign you an RMA#.

 

2.      After the Online Return Request is successfully submitted, complete the Return Form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise and ship the items to the return address below.

3.      Include in your package all original tags and a copy of the invoice with the completed RMA# form.

 

4.      You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.  Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.  ROMA LILIE is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

 

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to ROMA LILIE. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.

Standard Shipping Is Free!
Standard Delivery is within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed.   

 

2 Day Shipping:

2 Day shipping is $15.00.

 

The Free Shipping Promotion does not apply when the 2 Day shipping option is selected. 

 

Delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days beginning the day after your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 12:00 pm EST. Please add one additional day for all orders placed after 12:00 pm EST.  Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed Monday and will arrive by Thursday. In some cases delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.

2 Day Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.

 

 International Shipping

ROMA LILIE does not ship internationally.

 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Restrictions

·         We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

·         ROMA LILIE does not require a signature upon delivery. The shipper will leave your package at the safest location at your address unless otherwise specified.

·         The shipper reserves the right to require a signature for a package delivery.

·         We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.
